Shipping and Return Policy

We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page. 

  • For orders within India, we charge a fixed price of INR. 100. For international deliveries, we charge an amount for shipping (depending on the shipping location, upto INR 2000).
  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders in India and for order values above INR 15,000 internationally. A charge of INR100 is levied on COD orders. 
  • For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
  • For domestic orders, products are usually shipped out within 2-3 working days and for International orders, they would be usually shipped out in 6-7 working days.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund. In such a case, the refund will be processed within 10 -15 working days, post confirmation of the case.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx etc.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  • At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • There is no Return/Exchange for the order, unless the product is damaged. In order to claim a Refund/Exchange, you will need to send the unpacking video which highlights the defect/damaged product(s) to hello@theslowstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Every product crafted at The Slow Studio goes through multiple hands and stringent quality checks. All our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure minimum wastage. As a result, minor variations in sizing/ finish are not defects but rather add to the uniqueness of each product. The actual product colours, while closest to what you see on our website, may also vary because of visual quality and display settings from screen to screen.
