Shipping Information

We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

  • For orders within India, we offer free shipping on pre-paid orders and charge a fixed price of INR. 100 for Cash on Delivery Orders (COD is only applicable for orders up to INR 5000). For international deliveries, we charge a custom amount for shipping (depending on the shipping location, up to INR 3500). For most geographies, shipping is free for orders with total order value worth INR 30,000 or more. 
  • For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, we try our best to pre-pay the customs duties and local taxes while shipping itself so that the customer does not have to bear them However, the amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country and you might have to pay a certain amount, particularly in case of special tariffs that cannot be pre-paid.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx etc.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  • At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • There is no Return/Exchange for the order, unless the product is damaged. All products are handcrafted, making the colour/texture/pattern slightly vary from the images shown on the product pages, due to multiple artisan-led techniques and processes involved.
